Napa LAFCO currently employs three (3) full-time employees.
- The Executive Officer: Serves as an at-will employee, and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and implementing the policies and procedures established by the Commission in meeting the agency’s regional growth management duties.
- The Assistant Executive Officer: Serves as project manager – among many other responsibilities – for the municipal service reviews undertaken by Marin LAFCo.
- The Clerk/Jr. Analyst: Provides critical administrative and organzational support, clerking duties, as well as supplementing the responsibilities of the Policy Analyst.
Napa County staff is also provided defined-benefit pensions through the California Pulic Employees' Retirement Association, CalPERS.
